NOT RELIABLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased an iHeater in July of 2009. I live in an area where we do not need heaters until late October or mid November. I started to use the iHeater in my newborn son's room in late November. The heater worked fine for about 30 days or so and started to shut off for no reason. I called the customer service department and got a fax number to send the receipt to. I faxed it in. Nothing. I waited for just over 45 days and then called again. Again was told to fax the receipt in. I again got no response. I tried calling several times to get a message that the hold time was 3 minutes. I tried numerous times and was always told 3 minutes, even though I was would more liek 10-15 minutes, it then gives an option to leave a message. These never get returned. Amazingly enough I get a call back after I faxed again in October to tell me that I was out of the warranty period and they want another 59.00 to get it fixed and then have a 7 day warranty. I asked why I would care about the 7 day...
