nice item in the bath given its design but it is a little slow in heating up -- great in cold weather

The vendor made good on the return and Amazon was wonderful in helping with that . The product arrived and looked nice but was defective. We could not finish assembling it because of defect in manufacturing. Cannot comment on its functioning because we never got that far. Too bad but the manufacturing defect made me wary about ordering a replacement. Did not know what else could be wrong when they were so lax about inspecting products before shipping.
