Very Deceptive Appearance
I was starting to write a review of this product and noticed a note from Amazon saying that if the item is going to be rated 1-3 stars, that the seller should be contacted. Since I was going to rate it a 2, I thought that a message to your was warranted.
The description and look of the heater on Amazon leads one to believe that it is robust enough to keep an area warm, but I have found that it is not. I bought this item for my garage workshop and my expectations based on the information on the Amazon page was that your heater would keep at least my work area warm. When I received he heater it looked great and I was excited about finally having some heat, only to be sorely disappointed when I turned it on. The unit hardly blows out warm air at all and is pretty much worthless in my workshop. I recently purchased a portable halogen double work light and it puts out more heat than your heater. Needless to say I am not happy with the purchase at all and would honestly...
Looks good, but doesn't work
I ordered two of these over the black and decker utillity heater. I was very disappointed. I work outdoors and I expected it to even do half the job it's made for, but first I thought it was broken, than I realized it was working but gave out very little heat and blower. I opened the second one and it was worse! Than I found out that one was actually broken and the fan did not spin. I'm returning the broken and keeping the other becuase it's my fault for not researching before buying.
