Same issues reported on other sites
I researched several makes and manufacturers of media consoles w/built in electric fireplaces. This was the most modern and visually appealing that I found and that would fit my TV. I first found this item through another website that had a lot of people commenting on how the item showed up w/punctures in the box and the in item itself. I tried to find this at a bricks & mortar store, but no one seemed to stock it. I saw that there were no reviews on Amazon, and I know Amazon backs all 3rd party sales, so gave it a whirl. After all, online discussion forums often naturally attract an influx of negative posts.
The packages were promptly delivered in about 5 business days from Wisconsin and arrived while I was at work. Upon returning home I found the boxes w/several punctures. The item itself had several issues that occurred due to poor packaging:
